Overlooking the World Heritage Site of the Ironbridge Gorge, Holy Trinity Church is a hidden gem. Thanks to a grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Design Penguin were recommended and then asked to create new interpretation panels and guide for this truly stunning church. We urge you to go and visit – it will take your breath away.
Through research we discovered unique details from the church architecture that we used to create motifs that linked the interpretation. As the church interior is quite dark, the panels were designed to be read in low light. We commissioned bespoke oak pedestals to compliment the church’s interior. They are study, yet movable for when the church has larger congregations such as weddings and religious holidays.
